1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of zerodigitx.com (the “Site”) operated by Zeroˣ Digit LLC. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Informational site; separate contracts
Content on the Site is general information about our services. A paid engagement (website design, development, maintenance, or related work) is governed only by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement accepted by both parties. Quotes and timelines on the Site are estimates until confirmed in writing.
3. Intellectual property
The Site’s branding, design, copy, code, and media are owned by Zeroˣ Digit LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse them without prior written permission, except for fair use or other rights that cannot be waived by contract. Client project trademarks shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are used for portfolio illustration.
4. Your submissions
If you send us content or materials through the contact form or email, you represent that you have the rights to share them and grant us a limited license to use them solely to evaluate and respond to your request. Do not submit confidential trade secrets unless we have a signed NDA.
5. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site is free of errors.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Zeroˣ Digit LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE. Our aggregate liability for Site-related claims shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes relating to the Site shall be the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
